OIS Award- Lilian wang

It was awarded to a student who has demonstrated ideals that can inspire, motivate and focus the work of other students and unites them for a common purpose. The recipient has a dynamic combination of knowledge, skills, independent critical and creative thought, and international mindedness, ready for a life of active, responsible citizenship.

The Patricia Westheimer English Language Award- Francisco Silva This award is designed to recognize improvement in English by a student at Oeiras International School Eligible students must: • demonstrate a keen interest in creative writing, • demonstrate improvement in written and spoken English • demonstrate a keen interest in reading both fiction and non-fiction texts • demonstrate an ability to use clear, varied, and accurate language and adopt a suitable register and style when communicating orally • be a risk taker on a journey to enhance vocabulary and range of expression
