The Titanic’s curse: submarine Titan implodes near the Titanic

ree

The Titanic was cursed to sink, did this curse spread to the Titan?

This Thursday (22 June) the Titan, a submarine that allows people to see the Titanic lost contact with the surface after having been in the water for around 1.30 hours.

What Happened?

On Thursday the Titan lost contact with the surface. A few hours later the surface team informed the world about this, and search parties started to look for the missing Titan. Navy forces from around the world such as France England and the United States helped the searching. Using ultrasound, they were able to hear tapping noises, but they could not tell if it was from the bottom of the sea or on the surface. On Thursday there were only 96 hours of oxygen, it was a race against time. After a lot of searching, they found debris near the Titanic, and discovered that the Titan had imploded with the pressure of the sea or the lack of air.

Why did it happen?

The Titan was not an approved submarine, as it was partly made of a material that was not strong enough to withstand the pressure deep in the sea where the submarine ventured.

Who Was on the Submarine?

On board of the submarine there were 5 people; a Pakistani multi-Billionaire and his son, a British billionaire businessman, the owner of the company that organised the trip, and the person who spent the most time near the Titanic, and was in the first group who went to find the Titanic again in the 1980s.
