Hello students! To follow up last time’s article of the first edition of the PYP News I’m here with another article informing you about the situation at the PYP! Along with the MYP and every other school in Portugal.
The PYP had their first online assembly, they discussed and talked about what they have learned in the past few months. The Student Council launched the OIS Showcase Padlet where students and teachers can share their talents and interests over the coming weeks. It will be quite similar to our MYP talent show “OIS’s Got Talent”!
They have also started the PYP Exhibition; the Year 6 students have started to discuss and connect their interests to the UN Sustainability Goals. They will be having information sessions and lessons once they have decided what local or global issue they would like to learn more about.

Also Mrs. Domingas has challenged Years 5 and 6 to write a poem or short story related to the garden. The best two of each group will be on the next edition.
