This Friday, in Portugal, on the 1st of October 2021, will be the first day of the country's last phase of deconfinement.
The clubs will open again, however, customers must show the certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 at the door.
As of today, certificates will also be required in restaurants, local accommodation, tourist establishments and shows. The use of a mask will not be required in bars, clubs and restaurants. However, site workers should wear a mask when in contact with the client.
The Diário de República published a diploma confirming that the use of masks remains mandatory in public transport, citizen shops, hospitals, concert halls and events. In schools, it can only be removed at recess. In other services, and companies, the Government decided to leave the decision to the bosses.
