Dear OIS community,
Our EU Green Challenge Club, a club founded by Year 13 students aiming to promote sustainability in our OIS community recently hold a paper recycling activity for the tutor group 5.2 students. It was a great success as we made 6 sheets of circular paper!
We would also like to share with you the many successes, joys, and happiness all the tutor group 5.2 students had! They learned about the entire process of recycling paper and lots of knowledge about climate change! In 50 minutes, we worked together and successfully produced 6 sheets of clean circular paper. As a simple process with few materials required, you can try to recycle paper at home as well! Let’s work together to reduce paper waste!
Lastly, we would like to say Thank you once again to all the students, staff members, and teachers that dedicated their time to support this event, with special thanks to our year 13 student members, Ronghao Wang, Mikhail Levin, Simon Polshchikov, Zekuan Zhu, Zara Biezeman and Shuyue Ren, as this would be their last EU Green Challenge activity! We really appreciate all of your efforts, dedication, and all the joys we had together through these 3 years!
Let’s make OIS the greenest school!
