The Valley TimesCartoon Caption Contest or CCC is a fun game which will appear at the end of every monthly Valley Times edition. Every month 5 cartoons will be provided for you, the reader to submit your best caption. You will then have to vote for your favourite caption out of the three finalists which will be chosen by the Valley Times team. The winner of each month will appear online on the next issue of the Valley Times newspaper. You can find the link to the CCC here:
