· What type of cuisine does this restaurant offer?
“It’s a fusion cuisine with some Portuguese classics like octopus salad, clams à bulhão pato, grilled fish with vegetables, tender loin steak as well as more exotic recipes like pork belly strips with teriyaki sauce, ceviche, shrimp spring rolls or prawns with Thai sauce and cuttlefish rice with sepia.”
· What makes it a good place to come eat to?
“First, the food is of excellent quality, there are good ingredients, good recipes and great preparation. Second, location is unbeatable, you are on a terrace above the sand dune with an incredible view over the ocean. All the coastline from Cabo Espichel to the South to Cabo da Roca to the North. Third, the service is normally quite efficient, and waiters are very nice. Fourth, we have a really good atmosphere and vibe, with all kinds of nationalities and audiences like large families to couples and great music including some amazing DJ sunset.”
· Is it appropriate for summer and why?
“It is very appropriate for summer as it is outside, it’s a beach bar and is right on the beach. You can do all the beach activities that you want, and at the same time, spend a great time at the restaurant.”
· How would you describe the restaurant in only one sentence?
“It’s a chill out spot where you can have excellent food in an amazing location.”

Therefore, Santini, a well-known ice cream shop is one of the best ice creams places in Cascais based on numerous placements in culinary review apps like TripAdvisor and Zomato. Santini offers classic flavors such as vanilla and chocolate, however it also sells exotic tastes like coconut and passion fruit.
